Your appointments are very important to me, and I hold your time as valuable as my own. To provide the best service to all my clients, I kindly request the following: Cancellation Policy Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a $50 fee. For cancellations within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the service total. If you miss your appointment without notice, it will be considered a no-show and charged at 100% of the scheduled service. ____________ Late Policy Please notify me if you will be more than 10 minutes late. Arrivals after 15 minutes may result in shortened services or rescheduling to another day. Without notice, arrivals after 15 minutes will be treated as a no-show, and the full service fee will apply. I value your time and offer the same respect by notifying you promptly at least an hour (+) prior if I experience any scheduling delays. ____________ Health Policy If you are feeling unwell, have a fever, or are contagious, please contact me to reschedule. Protecting everyone’s health is a priority. If you arrive knowingly ill and it disrupts my ability to serve other clients, I reserve the right to refuse service and charge a fee.
